Kellie Pickler Talks to ‘Parade’ About Her Reality Show and USO Tours

Kellie Pickler chatted with Parade about her new reality show series to debut on CMT on Thursday, Nov 5th. The country singer will open up her household to cameras in the “docu-comedy” titled I Love Kellie Pickler. Her husband of five years, Kyle Jacobs, also participates in the show.

“These are just some fun, short little episodes about our everyday life together and the crazy situations we get into,” says Pickler. “We’re just inviting everyone into our home to meet our friends and hang out.”

Pickler also discusses her participation with the USO tours, which she is actively involved with on a yearly basis.

“Even though I look forward to the shows and performing, what I really enjoy is having a meal with them and hearing their stories—all about where they come from and their loved ones back home,” says Pickler of her time with the troops. “We have no idea what these soldiers see and go through every day for our freedom. Nothing I do could ever really be enough to say thank you.”
